Welcome to the AfriConEU
Deployment Toolkit!

The AfriConEU Deployment Toolkit is the culmination of all the AfriConEU efforts, concentrated in a structured and user-friendly tool, aggregating all the knowledge and materials created by the project. The toolkit is aimed at DIH managers, startups and entrepreneurs, interested in supporting partners within their networks improve their business development capacity, enhance their access to funding sources, produce and market their products and design activities to help their organizations adjust to the needs of the 21st century. The deployment toolkit methodology was broken down into three phases. During phase 1, Stimmuli, the partner responsible for this toolkit, asked for partners’ ideas and input by presenting an initial design of the toolkit. During phase 2, a more elaborate version of the toolkit was created for which partners offered their feedback and recommendations through a feedback form. Introductory videos for the toolkit sections were created by different partners to add a creative note to the toolkit and make it more appealing to the user. During the last phase, all the feedback was incorporated to develop the final version of the Deployment Toolkit.
